We're partnering with a leading national entertainment group to appoint an Assistant Venue Manager for a high-energy, modern venue in Townsville.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the pace on the floor, build strong teams and deliver consistently great guest experiences in a fast-moving environment.

The role

• Lead, coach and develop a large frontline team
• Own day-to-day venue operations and service execution
• Drive a positive, energetic culture aligned with a well-known national brand
• Ensure service standards are delivered consistently and safely
• Support training, performance and engagement across the team

About you

• Proven leadership experience in high-volume hospitality (pubs, bars, restaurant, casual dining - all great fits), leisure or entertainment
• Confident, hands-on leader who thrives on the floor
• Strong focus on guest experience and team engagement
• Comfortable in a structured, growing business
• Exposure to rostering, cost control, inventory or training is highly regarded
