We’re looking for a Bar Manager to help lead a flagship venue - a high-energy, multi-level space with multiple F&B outlets. This is a venue that thrives on personality, precision, and big numbers, backed by a strong, dynamic food and beverage offering.
  
In this role, you'll seamlessly pivot between leading from the front during service, inventory management & cellar management, and driving team performance across the bar team. You’ll take full ownership of your department and help shape what exceptional looks like.

The Candidate

• 2+ years experience working at a Bar Manager, Assistant Venue Manager, or Venue Manager level is essential
• To be a hit in this role you will need to have strong people management skills
• A leader who knows how to achieve results from a brand/owner perspective and can get teams to buy in to the common goal
• Ability to manage a department and effectively cost control manage
