Jomielle supports our global recruitment team in operations, providing best practice training to our teams so they can utilise our systems and processes to their maximum potential. 

Prior to joining Retailworld, she gained extensive experience in a wide range of retail concepts from department, womenswear, menswear and kidswear for national and international brands.
Starting as a casual and working her way up to a Department Manager, she has coached, motivated and created a positive culture for her teams, which sparked her love for people. 

Jomielle not only championed customer service with her teams, but she also ran workshops on customer service for an international retailer in their Sydney stores too!  

Jomielle is currently studying a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management. In her spare time, if she isn’t studying you’ll find her spending quality time with friends and family, or having a glass of wine whilst watching crime documentaries.
