The Role:

Working with your team in the kitchen, coordinating shift operations in conjunction with the Kitchen Manager and General Manager to deliver on our Values, Philosophy, and Sales and Profitability targets. As well as creating sustainable and successful growth for yourself, your teams, and your business. Always ensuring you are delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will be working in a clean and organised purpose built kitchen. We are after someone who cares about presentation and consistency of their food!

The skills we are looking for:

• Leadership experience within kitchens highly regarded
• 2+ years as a cook or chef
• Food preparation experience and portion control
• Pride in presentation and consistency
• Ordering experience desirable
• Rostering experience desirable
• Exposure to Italian cuisines or South American cuisines desirable
