An exciting opportunity for a driven and creative Head Chef to step into a leading role at one of Brisbane’s top dining venues. This established restaurant is part of a respected hospitality group known for quality, consistency and strong team culture.

You’ll work closely with a talented Executive Chef who brings passion, vision and deep expertise in modern Asian cuisine. You’ll lead a skilled kitchen team, drive innovation and deliver a bold, ingredient-focused menu that balances refinement with pace and energy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day kitchen operations with a team of 20+
• Running services from the pass - ensuring timing, quality and consistency
• Planning, forecasting, labour control and menu design
• Training and mentoring chefs at all levels
• Managing recruitment, appraisals, rostering and ordering
• Working closely with FOH and senior management to deliver a seamless experience
• Upholding high standards across hygiene, safety and kitchen culture

Who We’re Looking For

• A Head Chef or Senior Sous with at least 2 years' experience in high-end, high-volume settings
• Confident working across modern and traditional Asian cuisines (essential)
• A calm, open and honest leader who builds trust and drives performance
• Full-time availability
• Someone excited to be part of a structured but creative environment with room to grow
