We’re looking for a Bar Manager to take the lead at a busy entertainment venue in Townsville. It’s a high-energy environment with a strong team in place - now we’re after someone who can keep standards sharp, service seamless and the bar running at its best.

Reporting to a supportive Venue Manager, you’ll lead a small but dedicated team, keeping standards high and service smooth. You’ll mix hands-on leadership with solid business sense to keep the bar running at its best.

What you will be doing:

• Lead, train, and motivate your bar team
• Drive sales and hit targets
• Manage rosters, labour, and costs
• Keep guest ratings strong through great service
• Jump in to support other departments when needed

About you

• Bar or hospitality management experience
• Confident leading a team and setting the tone - particular focus on training and building skills within your team
• Customer-focused and hands-on
• Basic cocktail knowledge (keen to learn more)
• Thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment
• RSA + Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)

• Full time 38hr contract, salary up to $75k + S.
