Anthony is a hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience as a chef, having built his career across both Paris and Sydney. With a strong foundation in French culinary tradition and extensive international experience, Anthony has developed expertise in high-quality service, kitchen leadership and operational excellence.

Deeply passionate about the hospitality industry, Anthony is also driven by a growing interest in talent sourcing and development, recognising the importance of building strong, skilled teams that elevate the guest experience.

Outside of work, Anthony is active and community-minded. On weekends, he volunteers in bush regeneration and enjoys swimming, playing basketball, and of course, cooking, which remains one of his true passions.
