Scott grew up in the South East of England where he honed his craft as a chef focusing on using locally sourced produce and seasonal quality ingredients.
He eventually settled down with world-renowned celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal's the Fat Duck Group as a Sous Chef and was part of the senior team, which achieved a Michelin Star.
After almost four years working at a ‘Top 10 Restaurants in the World’ standard, a new challenge was given - Senior Sous on the project to open Blumenthal's busy Airport Perfectionists Cafe in Heathrow Terminal 2.
Scott's style consists of modern techniques, with a philosophy of less is more, letting great ingredients and products become the centrepiece of a dish.
Scott’s time in Australia has seen him open restaurants, his own cafe and a catering company. Now a family man, he joined the Hospoworld family and brings with him an extensive network of both candidates and venues across Queensland.
