The Opportunity
As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of stores, leading Store Managers and teams to deliver operational consistency, strong financial performance and a great customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where visibility in-store matters. You’ll be coaching teams, tightening systems, and driving performance across labour, cost control and sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across multiple locations
- Drive sales, labour and food cost performance across the network
- Ensure brand standards, food safety and operational consistency are met
- Be present in stores - supporting teams and leading from the front
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and grow the business
- Salary package $85-$90k + S
- Fuel allowance
- Established, well-backed operator with strong store network
- Clear structure, systems and support in place
- Opportunity to influence performance across multiple sites
- Ongoing development and progression opportunities
- Experience in QSR or high-volume multi-site operations
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L accountability
- Systems-driven leader who can drive consistency across sites
- Hands-on, visible operator who builds strong teams
- Based in SEQ and able to travel between locations
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
