We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded Area Manager to take ownership of the WA restaurant portfolio and play a key role in the next phase of growth.
In this leadership role, you’ll oversee four current venues (with expansion planned), driving performance across people, operations, and guest experience. You’ll be actively present in-store, leading from the front, coaching teams, and ensuring consistently high standards across every site.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll help shape the future of the WA market by supporting new openings, contributing to local growth plans, and working closely with marketing to strengthen brand presence and drive customer engagement.
The Responsibilities:
- Leading execution of exceptional guest experience, food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Providing hands-on leadership and coaching across all restaurant teams
- Driving sales growth, profitability, and productivity across the region
- Monitoring and analysing performance data to identify opportunities and improvements
- Supporting menu rollouts, system updates, and operational initiatives
- Overseeing multi-channel performance including dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and digital
- Developing Restaurant Managers and leadership teams through coaching and performance management
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
- Partnering with Marketing to deliver effective local area campaigns
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, WHS, and regulatory requirements
- Promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining high operational standards across all sites
You are a dynamic multi-site leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and is passionate about developing people and driving results. You balance strong commercial capability with a genuine focus on guest experience, and you’re just as comfortable on the restaurant floor as you are reviewing performance metrics or strategy. You will bring:
- Proven experience in multi-site leadership within QSR, hospitality, or retail
- Strong operational, financial, and performance management capability
- Experience with new store openings and leading teams through change
- Exposure to local area marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- Confident decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High energy, resilience, and adaptability
- Flexibility for travel across WA and operational trading hours
- Valid driver’s licence and Australian working rights
