As Café Manager, you will:
- Take full ownership of day-to-day café operations, BOH, FOH, including rostering, financials and reporting
- Lead, train, and mentor your team to consistently deliver a 6-star service standard
- Curate a wellness-focused menu and oversee ordering, inventory, and cost control
- Drive sales through promotions, member engagement, and innovative food concepts
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive environment aligned with wellness values
- Proven experience as an Assistant Café Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and training skills with a hands-on management style
- Organised, commercially minded, and detail-oriented with a focus on KPIs
- Passionate about hospitality and ideally interested in health, fitness, or lifestyle spaces
