Assistant Manager - Premium Dining

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a successful and growing hospitality group, operating a collection of premium dining venues across Sydney.

With a focus on innovation, consistency, and creating standout hospitality experiences, the group continues to grow while maintaining a strong team culture and commitment to developing its people.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader to join a high-performing team, take ownership of daily operations, develop and mentor staff, and build a long-term career within a business that values its people, encourages growth, and promotes from within.

  • Leading, coaching and supporting the front-of-house team
  • Staff rostering and labour management
  • Recruitment, onboarding and training of team members

  • Has experience managing and motivating teams
  • Is confident leading by example in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Is organised, reliable and enjoys following established systems and processes
  • Is coachable and adaptable

  • Join a successful hospitality group with 7 established venues
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression and internal promotion
  • Supportive leadership and structured onboarding
  • Opportunity to grow your career as the business continues to expand
