This is very much a Front of House role, with the majority of your time spent leading service, training, assisting with recruitment, and mentoring.
The Candidate
- A minimum of 3 years Assistant Restaurant Manager experience is essential
- Experience in venues with a structured à la carte sequence of service (restaurants, hotels, or premium venues preferred)
- Strong floor leadership background - a natural
front-of-house presence. - Results driven leader who knows how to achieve from an ownership/group perspective
- A leader who radiates positive energy and is the person who can lift others through good and the challenging times
