The Role:
- Assist in managing a diverse team, including Shift Managers, Crew Trainers, and Crew Members.
- Work across both Front of House and Back of House, moving from the kitchen and hot equipment to guest service.
- Lead restaurant operations to maximise efficiency while ensuring full compliance with OH&S and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain superior levels of product, service, and store ambience to ensure high mystery shopper results.
- Play a key role in the hiring, induction, and certification of staff through our structured Training Framework.
- Establish and promote a positive, harmonious work environment that aligns with our core leadership principles.
- Help monitor and achieve sales targets while managing inventory, wastage, and labour costs to drive profit.
- At least two years of experience as a strong Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
- An established front-line leader with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Solid knowledge of labour management, inventory ordering, and operational checklists.
- High personal grooming standards and a genuine passion for the restaurant industry.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills are a must.
- Current RSA, First Aid, and Food Safety certifications, or the ability to obtain them quickly.
- $70,000 - $72,000 + Super, depending on experience.
