Assistant Venue Manager

The Assistant Venue Manager at this location is responsible for helping to run a high-performing, multi-faceted venue, with a strong focus on team training, guest experience, labour control, and shift management.

Success in this role means being able to deliver high standards of customer service while developing effective teams in a high-energy environment.

This place is busy for most of the seven-day operation and draws big crowds from Friday to Sunday. They run a multi-level, multi-outlet F&B operation that packs a punch with its colourful cocktail list and vibrant sharing plate menu.


Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 2 years Assistant Manager experience in hospitality is essential, preferably within pubs, venues, or high volume restaurants
  • Obsessed with looking at ways to improve guest experience
  • The ideal leader will be creative, innovative, inclusive, and someone who loves training
  • Good understanding of cost control management
  • You're a culture captain who is able to champion business values
