We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support the operations of a well-known, high-volume venue that blends great food, live music and a strong community atmosphere into one standout destination.

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, smooth front and back-of-house collaboration, and an outstanding guest experience. From leading and developing the team to driving service standards and supporting business performance, you’ll play a key role in the ongoing success of the venue.

- Ability to support labour management, cost control, and venue performance
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
