The Role
- Lead front of house service in a busy, high energy coastal venue
- Support food and beverage operations and daily venue performance
- Mentor and motivate a vibrant FOH team during busy services
- Handle guest enquiries and keep service standards consistently high
- Experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor
- Confident leader who enjoys being hands on during service
- Strong background in bars, pubs or high volume venues
- RSA and RCG certified
