The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with the venue leadership team to keep daily operations running smoothly, service standards high and the team engaged.
This is a hands on role where you’ll have the chance to make a genuine impact, build your leadership capability and help drive the success of a busy, high volume venue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading front of house operations across busy services
- Supporting food, beverage and overall venue performance
- Motivating, mentoring and developing a vibrant hospitality team
- Creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to last drinks
- Handling guest enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Maintaining strong service, compliance and presentation standards
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager or established Supervisor
- A confident and engaging leadership style
- A genuine love for being present and hands on during service
- Experience across clubs, pubs, bars or high volume hospitality venues ideal
- Salary from $85,000 + Super
