THE ROLE
This is a Bar Supervisor role for someone who wants to lead from the front. You'll be running the floor and bar during service, training and coaching the team in real time, and making sure RSA, stock control and presentation standards are met every shift, not just when it's convenient.
- You'll report to the Venue Manager, with full responsibility for coordinating bar and floor staff during service.
- Coordinate and lead bar and floor teams during busy service periods.
- Maintain strong RSA compliance and ensure the whole team is across it.
- Hands on training and coaching, you're in it with the team, not standing back.
- Manage stock control and waste, keeping costs and consistency in check.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards under pressure.
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bar team leader.
- Strong RSA knowledge and a track record of compliance.
- Genuine hands on training and coaching ability, you lead by doing.
- Experience with stock control and waste management.
- Ability to coordinate both bar and floor teams simultaneously during service.
- A hands-on leadership style. You support and train your team rather than just supervise from the sidelines.
