You will be responsible for:
- The financial success of the bar operations including sales, profit, COGS and labour
- Working hand in hand with the Venue Manager and Owners to ensure the successful operation of the venue
- Team development and training
- Exceptional customer service and effective relationship building
- Front of house leadership with hands on management
- Managing the beverage program including the extensive wine list and beer offering
- Passionate about exceptional customer service and relationship building
- Min 2 years experience in similar management role
- Passion in regards to driving team success
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation and friendly disposition
- Well developed product knowledge in particular within beverage offerings
- A competitive salary of $80k - $85k + super
