We're recruiting two Chef de Parties for an established hospitality business in Wānaka, where bold flavours, quality regional ingredients and a distinctive approach to cooking create something memorable.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll join a hands-on kitchen team producing flavour driven food in a busy, relaxed hospitality environment.
Your role will involve:
Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes with consistency and care.
Supporting smooth, organised preparation and service.
Working with fresh ingredients and a varied menu.
Maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards.
Assisting with stock rotation, portion control and reducing waste.
Working closely with the team to deliver a great dining experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for chefs who know their craft, enjoy a busy service and take pride in their work.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous Chef de Partie experience or solid commercial kitchen experience.
Strong cooking and presentation skills.
Confidence working consistently through busy services.
Good organisation, preparation and time management.
Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
A positive attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for food.
You don't need the fanciest CV. What matters is your ability, consistency and willingness to contribute.

Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
