The Role
This is an exciting newly created leadership position within the group, working across both hospitality and retail operations. We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on operator who can confidently lead in both environments and embrace the opportunity to shape a role from the ground up.
Your initial priority will be to maintain and build on the success of one of the group’s highest-performing retail outlets. The second and more time-intensive focus will be the day-to-day leadership of a popular restaurant and bar on the Te Atatū Peninsula, known for great food, quality beverages, strong atmosphere, and regular live music and DJs.
Across both sites, which are situated within the same building, you’ll lead a combined team of approximately 22 staff and work closely with the Head Chef on menu development, food standards, and overall guest experience.
