Our client:
Has cemented themselves as a leading hospitality group in Christchurch, with over 10 unique venues and locations on offer to their customers there is something for everyone. Their venues range in small, quick service outlets to large and established restaurants and bars ranging in cuisine offerings from mexican, to asian fusion, gelato, bakehouse goods and so much more.
The role:
Is unique and will see you manage two of the groups fastest and busiest spots offering their customers fantastic chinese cuisine and the other japanese cuisine in a high end food court eatery environment.
This is a fantastic role for someone with leadership experience in the casual dining or QSR space where you understand the importance of delivering high quality food, quickly to customers.
In this role you can expect to have full overall operational responsibility of the two venues with a focus on developing your Duty Managers and elevating their skill sets and overall team performance.
You will be a hands on, lead from the front manager who enjoys being amongst the team and customers.
You will be responsible for rostering, recruitment and training of new and existing staff with a love for problem solving and managing financial costs effectively.
Skills & experience you will bring:
-Leadership experience in the Casual Dining or QSR space is advantageous
-Experience leading teams greater than 15 people
-Exposure or experience into asian cuisine is helpful but not a non negotiable
-Motivating, inspiring and a hands on leadership approach
-Full NZ working rights is a non negotiable
-Ability to work evenings and weekends
