Featuring championship leisure, architectural dining spaces, vibrant bars, and high-volume gaming, this landmark venue is looking for a Duty Manager to lead daily shift operations.
What You’ll Do
- Floor Leadership: Coordinate shift deployment, manage breaks, and drive team performance across F&B, Gaming, Functions, and Public Areas.
- Guest Experience: Champion first-class service standards, resolve patron feedback, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Compliance & Safety: Oversee opening/closing routines, cash reconciliations, security, and strict enforcement of NSW RSA, RCG, AML/CTF, WHS, and Food Safety regulations.
- Incident Management: Act as the first point of contact for staff, calmly de-escalating conflict, managing patron behavior, and completing accurate shift reports.
- Proven supervisory or duty management experience in a high-volume club, hotel, or gaming environment.
- Current NSW RSA & RCG competencies with a sound working knowledge of club legislation and safety protocols.
- Strong composure, practical decision-making under pressure, and a people-first leadership style.
- Full availability across a 7-day rotating roster (days, nights, and weekends).
- $70,000 – $75,000 base salary + superannuation
