As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team and supporting the ongoing success of the venue. Your responsibilities will include:
- People & Performance Management: Lead, develop, empower, and retain a high-performing team while helping shape and drive the venue culture.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the business in achieving strong, consistent results.
- Operations & Performance: Ensure company policies and procedures are followed while maximising customer volume, revenue, and overall business performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead from the front, inspire your team, and create an energetic and positive environment for both staff and guests.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Current experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
