The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the hotel’s engineering function and lead a small team of 3-4 team members. Your focus will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day engineering operations across the property
- Managing preventative maintenance programs
- Ensuring safety, compliance and operational standards are met
- Coordinating contractors and technical service providers
- Managing departmental costs and performance KPIs
- Leading, mentoring and developing a young team
