Make a Real Impact
As Location Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the venue, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until the credits roll.
Working closely with your Area Manager and Support Office teams, you'll oversee daily operations, commercial performance, facilities, food and beverage, safety, compliance, marketing and a large multi-layered team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing leadership and frontline team.
- Creating an engaging culture where people feel empowered, supported and genuinely enjoy coming to work.
- Driving sales, labour, budgets and overall financial performance through smart commercial decisions.
- Delivering operational excellence across guest service, presentation, compliance, safety and technical standards.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities, improving processes and implementing innovative ideas that enhance both the guest experience and business performance.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, local businesses and the surrounding community to strengthen the venue's presence and reputation.
You're an experienced operational leader who thrives in high-energy, customer-focused environments.
You know how to balance people leadership with commercial performance, using data and insight to make confident decisions while never losing sight of the guest experience.
You're passionate about developing future leaders, creating inclusive and engaged teams, and fostering a culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You'll bring experience managing large teams, budgets, rosters, operational compliance and performance metrics, along with the ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions-focused when things get busy.
