The venue is a leading food and beverage destination in the area, offering a smart yet casual dining experience complemented by a premium beverage program and menu that is generating strong local interest.
This role provides exposure to guest relations and events, requiring a leader who can seamlessly transition between day-to-day service operations and event coordination and execution.
As the F&B Manager, you will lead service standards, recruit and develop front-of-house staff, identify and nurture future leaders through structured development plans, and manage key cost control responsibilities.

The Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (essential)
- Proven experience in a full-service restaurant or venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and align teams with business objectives
- A natural motivator who can lead effectively through both high-pressure and quieter periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing and developing teams of 15+ staff
