We are partnering with a progressive and rapidly expanding multi-brand hospitality group for a newly created position that focuses on a mixture of iconic high-street storefronts and cutting-edge virtual delivery brands.
They are creating a brand-new, state-wide Field Trainer role designed for an experienced chef or hospitality leader who will become the strategic face of training across Victoria.
As a Field Trainer, you’ll be on the move driving operational excellence across the state network—coaching franchise partners, launching new restaurants, and aligning compliance.
Best of all, this group is replacing text heavy manuals with modern, short-form digital content, giving you the freedom to film, edit, and create engaging training videos for a fast-moving frontline team
