One of the biggest openings of the year is coming, and we’re looking for a FOH Manager and Bar Manager to help set the scene.
With two bars, an open kitchen and a strong focus on food, drinks and atmosphere, this new dining and entertainment destination will bring together casual catch-ups, corporate events and big celebrations.
We’re looking for leaders who can build a great team, bring energy to the floor and make every guest feel part of the occasion.
The roles
A hands-on operational role leading the front-of-house food and beverage experience. We’re looking for hospitality-first leaders who can train and coach a team on the little details that make all the difference. You’ll establish service standards, set the tone and energy of the venue, and work closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless service and events. Bring your ideas to activations, lean in to the community, and create a welcoming, vibrant space where your team can thrive and guests keep coming back.
What you’ll bring
- Leadership experience in a busy restaurant, bar, venue or food and beverage operation.
- A natural ability to connect with guests and bring a team together.
- A hands-on approach to training, coaching and leading service.
- Strong organisation and the confidence to manage competing priorities.
- Commercial awareness, including labour or stock management.
- Ideas, initiative and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Set the tone before the doors open. Choose your team, shape the service style and build a culture that makes people excited to come to work.
- Create the atmosphere. Across two bars, dining and events, bring your ideas to how guests are welcomed, looked after and kept coming back.
- Be part of something big. Join a major Bondi Junction opening with a fresh focus on food, drinks and memorable hospitality.
- Keep your days interesting. From cocktails and casual catch-ups to corporate functions and big celebrations, there’s plenty of variety.
- Feel supported as you lead. Work alongside an experienced venue leadership team within an established group.
- Make room for life outside work. A planned 38-hour working week, with flexibility required during the opening period.
- Add an opening to your career story. See the impact of your leadership as you take a new team from training through to its first service and beyond.
