Our client operates a large scale, multi-outlet operation featuring a restaurant, bar, café, bistro, and multiple entertainment and event spaces.
The venue trades seven days a week and caters to a broad demographic.
This role calls for a dynamic leader who can confidently pivot between managing a high-energy beverage-focused outlet to supporting a contemporary dining operation.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in maintaining high team performance, driving cost control initiatives, and ensuring the guest experience is consistently excellent across all areas of the venue.
You will be responsible for a team of 50+ across multiple outlets, requiring an adaptable leadership approach to match the pace and priorities of each service period.

The Candidate
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Venue Manager, F&B Manager or Operations Manager across multi sites/outlets is essential
- A candidate who has the ability to demonstrate how they can make a positive impact towards standards and team performance, whilst being able to maximise revenue streams across all outlets
- A leader who gravitates to the floor during service - we need a manager who will be able to pivot from outlets to handling guest relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - from dealing with customers face to face to coaching middle management, we need a leader who shines in this area
