This is a newly created role within the Franchise Consultant team to support the growth & positive demands of the Waikato and BOP region.
Please note you will be at times required to travel to Auckland to attend Head Office based meetings.
The role:
This is a people-focused, building role; you will be expected to work closely with the owner-operators to ensure service delivery and operational standards are met on a day-to-day basis.
This Franchise Consultant role will focus on the cafe channel of the business and involve supporting various owners and locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- collaborate with Franchisees on their business plan and overall objectives, ensuring that revenue targets are achieved
- ensure operating standards and service delivery levels are met at all times
- work with franchisees to roll out new initiatives/promotions, resulting in a consistent experience for customers
- provide training and support when and where required
- be a support person for the franchisees
- Visit all sites regularly
- Multi-site experience in cafes, casual dining, restaurants or QSR management. This can expand to either FOH or BOH
- Understanding of franchise ownership or models advantageous
- Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven supportive and collaborative leadership approach
- Multi-site experience within hospitality
- Rem dependant on experience and tenure
