Our client has created a new position due to business growth and internal progression and is now seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to play a key role in the next phase of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who leads from the floor. You will coach and develop teams through service while remaining actively involved in daily operations - from waiting tables and managing shifts to delivering training and overseeing events.
The owners are highly engaged in the business and value a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. They are looking for like-minded leaders who are passionate about high standards while maintaining a relaxed and welcoming customer environment.
The role requires a confident leader capable of managing teams of up to 15 front-of-house staff per shift within a multi-level, all-day eatery catering to 300+ patrons at any one time.
The Candidate
- A minimum of 3 years Restaurant Manager, Front of House Manager, or Venue Manager experience is essential, preferably within casual dining concepts
- Skilled in recruitment, team training, leading performance management processes, and managing cost controllables
- A leader who is agile, customer centric, and possesses excellent stakeholder management skills
- A leader who radiates positive energy and is the person who can lift others through both the good and the challenging times
