This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the action, leading from the front and setting the standard every day.
The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Lead and support a team of up to 20 across FOH and BOH
- Drive service, speed and consistency in a high-volume environment
- Coach and develop your team through hands-on training and feedback
- Build a positive culture where people perform and grow
- Step up operationally and help deliver strong results across every shift
- Experience in QSR or fast-paced hospitality environments
- Previous Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience is ideal, but strong Department Managers with 2+ years leadership experience are encouraged to apply
- A natural leader who thrives in high-energy, busy service environments
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer experience
- Someone who takes pride in developing others and building strong teams

- Competitive salary: $65,000-$75,000 + Super + bonuses
