An exciting opportunity has become available for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of one of the South Coast's most talked-about modern Middle Eastern restaurants.
Located just minutes from the beaches of Mollymook and surrounded by wineries, local producers and an incredible food scene, this is a chance to join a business that's already built an outstanding reputation, and is only just getting started.
We're looking for an experienced Head Chef, a strong Sous Chef, or an ambitious Chef de Partie ready to take the next step into leadership.
Why this role? This isn't a kitchen where you'll simply maintain the status quo.
The business started life as a hugely successful food truck before opening its restaurant almost three years ago. Since then, it has gone from strength to strength and is now preparing for its next chapter, including expanding the venue and exploring catering, wholesale and retail opportunities.
You'll play a key role in shaping what comes next.

What you'll bring
- Experience within Middle Eastern cuisine is essential
- Strong foundations in people leadership, training and development
- Stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation
- A passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and consistency
- Exposure to costing and COGs is ideal, but can absolutely be developed for the right person
- Someone who enjoys working closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams
