Head Chef - Premium Commercial Precinct | North Sydney
We're looking for a capable and people-focused Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen within a premium commercial precinct in North Sydney. This is a full-time role overseeing a busy café operation alongside internal catering and events, all within a modern, community-driven environment.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a positive, accountable kitchen culture
- Oversee daily production, prep and service across café and catering
- Manage ordering, stock control and supplier relationships
- Coordinate catering logistics and delivery schedules
- Handle rostering, labour control and basic financial admin
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all offerings
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a similar environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple service streams
- Confident leading, mentoring and motivating a team
- Commercially aware with experience managing labour and costs
- Calm under pressure with clear communication skills
- Trade qualified with a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- $90,000 + super
