What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading all day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Inspiring, mentoring and developing your brigade
  • Driving a positive, accountable kitchen culture
  • Managing service in a busy premium dining environment
  • Rostering, labour management and food cost control
  • Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation
  • Working collaboratively with Front of House leadership
  • Supporting the continued growth and success of the venue
About You
You'll bring experience from a premium restaurant environment and enjoy leading from the front. You'll ideally have:
  • Proven leadership and people development skills
  • Strong commercial understanding of labour, food costs and kitchen operations
  • A calm, organised approach during busy services
  • Passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams
  • A genuine love of hospitality and quality produce
Most importantly, you're a collaborative leader who enjoys being on the tools, developing people and creating an environment where teams thrive.

What's On Offer
  • $100,000 - $120,000 + Super
  • 38-42 hour working week with paid overtime for every additional hour worked
  • Closed Sundays
  • Well-equipped, organised kitchen with a strong support from an experienced executive leadership team
  • Family like, collaborative culture across the FOH & BOH team
  • Opportunity to grow within an expanding hospitality group
This is more than just another Head Chef role, it's an opportunity to become the leader of a premium kitchen and help shape the future of an exciting hospitality business.

If you're ready to lead a talented brigade and continue building your career with one of Australia's most respected hospitality groups, we'd love to hear from you.
