We are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our clients pastry operation, driving innovation across both sweet and savoury ranges while maintaining product quality during a growth phase.

With celebration cakes forming a key part of the business, we're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with creativity, leadership, and commercial awareness.
The Candidate
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Senior/Head Pastry Chef is essential
- Strong cake decorating and celebration cake experience, including custom designs and finishing techniques.
- Proven expertise in laminated pastry production is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team
- Confident in quality assurance, OHS, and food safety standards, maintaining consistency in high-pressure environments
