Who We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need to come from the exact same style of venue.
We're keen to speak with experienced leaders from entertainment, attractions, leisure, QSR & hospitality, retail gyms or other high-volume customer-facing environments who understand how to bring together people, performance and experience.
You'll take ownership of the overall venue performance, balancing people, customer experience, operations and commercial results while building a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.
Depending on the opportunity, your role could include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a large frontline team
- Creating an energetic, engaging and customer-first venue culture
- Driving sales, labour performance and overall venue profitability
- Managing rostering, recruitment, training and succession planning
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, safety and compliance
- Maintaining high standards across presentation and customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the business
- Leading from the floor during busy trade and setting the pace for your team
- Previous experience managing a busy, high-volume venue or business
- Confidence leading and developing sizeable teams
- Strong commercial understanding across sales, labour and operational performance
- A genuine passion for customer experience
- Energy, personality and a hands-on leadership style
- The ability to keep operations running smoothly when the venue is at its busiest
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A leadership style that builds engagement, accountability and fun

Salaries starting at $90,000 + Super + over $20k in bonus potential
