About the Roles:
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day venue operations, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring service standards consistently exceed expectations. These are hands-on leadership roles suited to Managers who bring enthusiasm, accountability, and a positive, can-do attitude every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop front and back of house teams
- Drive exceptional customer service standards
- Manage rostering, labour costs and wage budgets
- Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
- Support marketing initiatives and local area engagement
- Deliver strong financial performance and meet KPIs
- Proven experience in hospitality or venue management
- High energy with a strong presence on the floor
- Customer-first mindset with outstanding communication skills
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Financially literate with experience managing budgets and costs
- Organised, resilient and solutions-focused
- Available to work evenings and weekends
