The Candidate
- The ideal candidate for each opportunity will have a minimum of 2 years experience at a Venue Manager or Restaurant Manager level
- Experience in pubs, cafes, QSR, or restaurants is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and align teams with business objectives
- A natural motivator who can lead effectively through both high-pressure and quieter periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing and developing teams of 10+ staff is desirable
