What you’ll do:
- Manage rosters for F&B and Gaming teams (26 staff total) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and support events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions (up to 250 guests).
- Deliver outstanding customer service over phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Support website updates, content management, and the launch of social media channels.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality and operational standards.
- Provide hands-on support on the floor when required.
- Experienced in hospitality operations or events.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to focus on tasks independently.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
- Flexible with occasional weekend work.
- This role can be 4 or 5 days per week
