- Have hospitality experience across FOH or BOH
- Love talking to people and naturally build rapport
- Thrive in a sales environment and enjoy chasing goals and working within KPI targets
- Are resilient, proactive and don't wait for the phone to ring

- Any recruitment experience favourable but not essential
