In this role, you will support the Bar Manager in leading bar service for a small team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, cocktails, and a range of alcoholic beverages, while helping ensure smooth and efficient service.
The owners are highly engaged in the business and value a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. They are looking for like-minded leaders who are passionate about maintaining high service standards while creating a relaxed and welcoming customer environment.
The Candidate
- A minimum of 1 years Bartender, Team Leader or Barista experience is essential, preferably within casual or premium dining
- Confident in latte art and high-volume coffee production
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
- A leader who is agile, customer centric, and possesses excellent stakeholder management skills
