What you'll be doing
- Leading day-to-day restaurant operations
- Coaching, developing and motivating a team of around 20
- Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Supporting recruitment, training and performance
- Driving standards and continuous improvement
- Leadership experience in QSR, cafés, restaurants or casual dining
- Passionate about developing people
- Positive, hands-on leadership style
- Great communicator with plenty of energy
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- $65,500-$90,000 + Super (depending on experience)
- Full-time, stable roster with no overtime and no over nights
