We're looking for a hands-on, creative and commercially minded Venue Manager / F&B Manager who loves the detail behind exceptional hospitality and wants to play a genuine part in bringing a venue to life.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to take ownership of a boutique food and beverage operation within a premium lifestyle hotel, helping shape everything from the guest experience to the way the team operates.
You'll work closely with the Head Chef and hotel leadership team to develop a destination that attracts hotel guests and Sydney locals alike.
Think relaxed yet refined dining, poolside service, great cocktails, events and a venue that feels like somewhere you'd genuinely want to spend your day.
What you'll be bringing to life
- Develop and implement SOPs, service sequences and operational standards that set the venue up for success.
- Help shape cocktail lists, beverage offerings and memorable guest experiences.
- Build a confident, engaged FOH team who genuinely love hospitality.
- Elevate the poolside dining, restaurant and events experience.
- Partner with the Head Chef to refine offerings, menus and service delivery.
- Take ownership of rostering, labour, stock control and F&B financial performance.
- Drive local engagement and establish the venue as a destination in its own right.
You're a natural host who knows how to balance polished service with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Perhaps you're currently managing a premium café, waterfront restaurant, boutique hotel outlet or lifestyle venue and are ready for something with more ownership and creative freedom.
You'll bring:
