House Manager - Hands-On Household Operations (Live-Out) Perth

The successful candidate will be actively involved in maintaining the home to an exceptional standard while coordinating household systems, cleaners, trades, maintenance, and hospitality support.

The Role:
You will oversee all aspects of household operations, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest possible standard each day.

Key Responsibilities:
Household Operations
  • Daily tidying, resetting, and presentation of the residence
  • Maintaining organisation across kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, pantries, and utility areas
  • Hands-on support with household upkeep and cleaning where required
  • Laundry assistance including washing, folding, ironing, and wardrobe organisation
Household Stock & Purchasing
  • Managing household consumables and supplies
  • Keeping fridges, pantries, bars, bathrooms, and storage areas fully stocked and organised
  • Purchasing groceries, household items, cleaning products, entertaining supplies, and general equipment
Trades & Maintenance Coordination
  • Coordinating all household maintenance and repairs
  • Managing trades and external service providers
  • Obtaining quotes, scheduling works, and overseeing quality of completed jobs
Vehicle Care
  • Washing, cleaning, and maintaining household vehicles
  • Coordinating servicing, detailing, registration, fuel, and general readiness
Entertaining & Hospitality Support
  • Assisting with preparation for lunches, dinners, BBQs, and casual entertaining
  • Preparing entertaining spaces and table settings
  • Assisting with food and beverage service when required
Boat Hospitality Preparation (Non-Crew Role)
  • Preparing and stocking family vessels prior to use
  • Organising beverages, towels, linen, consumables, and food supplies
  • Providing onboard hospitality support during family boating days
Please note: this role does not involve vessel operation or crewing duties.

About You:
The ideal candidate will come from a background such as:
  • Superyacht interior or hospitality services
  • Butler or private household service
  • Five-star hotel, luxury lodge, or premium hospitality environments
  • Lifestyle or luxury service-focused roles
You will be:
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented
  • Calm, discreet, and professional
  • Comfortable managing both practical and administrative responsibilities
  • Service-focused with high personal presentation standards
  • Able to work autonomously and take ownership of the role

Role Details

  • Western Australia based
  • Salary package of $100,000 – $140,000 + superannuation
  • Mobile phone provided
  • Flexible salaried role
  • 6-month probation period
  • 12-month salary and performance review
