Senior hands on food and beverage leadership role within a high end private hospitality environment. The successful person must be capable of running restaurant service independently, leading and training the team, maintaining polished member service and stepping into operational service across the floor when required.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead restaurant service and allocate team responsibilities
- Run the restaurant independently when senior managers are absent
- Train, coach and develop the F&B team
- Deliver high-level table, wine, coffee and bar service
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and wider hospitality team
- Oversee setup, reservations, closing procedures and shift reporting
- Support POS, stocktake and operational compliance
- Maintain strong knowledge of member preferences and deliver discreet, personalised service
- Work across a varied roster covering daytime, evening and special-event service.
- Work across private dinners, weddings, birthdays, tournament activity and tailored outdoor events
Ideal candidate:
- Strong experience in high-end or luxury hospitality, or within the superyacht sector or similar.
- Ideally restaurant-led
- Proven ability to independently lead a busy service
- Natural trainer who enjoys developing people
- Hands-on leadership style
- Polished and confident with members and guests
- Calm judgement under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Wine knowledge useful
- Coffee and cocktail capability beneficial
- Comfortable working in a remote environment

Hours:
Morning and evening shifts rotating. Later finishes can reach approximately 11pm to midnight, with occasional later finishes depending on events or guest groups.
