As the Multisite Manager, you’ll oversee five busy locations, supporting store managers and teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. From maintaining brand standards and managing rosters to keeping costs under control and driving performance, you’ll play a key role in keeping each location running at its best.
You’ll be a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, building strong teams and helping stores achieve the standards expected by ownership.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years experience in busy QSR environments. Either busy single site operations or experience as a multisite manager.
- A leader who can adapt to new systems and procedures, and understands how to achieve results from an ownership perspective
- A professional who is looking to align with a concept that aligns with values in community, wellness, and an active lifestyle
- Skills in cost control, hiring processes, and food safety are desirable
- $75,000 + Super + company perks + fuel allowance
