Operations Manager

The Opportunity

The business has designed a newly created Operations Manager position that will lead all aspects of hospitality across the complex, reporting directly to the CEO.

This is a front facing role that requires a leader to be present with teams during service, and visible with customers for the majority of the working week due to nature of the business - this is not a 'behind the scenes' role.

Day-to-day, you’ll have a direct impact on business performance, customer experience, and team engagement across multiple food, beverage, events, and wellness offerings.

To be successful in this role, you must excel at adapting to change, demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to find solutions for internal and external contacts, and possess the ability to execute commercial strategy effectively.


The Candidate
  • We are seeking a strong executor — someone who can effectively implement strategic plans and deliver outcomes to the highest standard
  • Proven experience in managing key cost drivers, including labour control and budget-based roster planning, COGs oversight, strategic menu development, and efficient par level management
  • A highly collaborative leader who can work closely with Heads of Departments while confidently influencing positive change when opportunities arise
  • Highly skilled in performance management, professional
    development & training, recruitment, and creating memorable guest
    experiences
  • A personable, solutions focused hospitality leader who will be working with front of house teams during major calendar events
  • 3+ years hospitality experience at a General Manager, Operations Manager, F&B Director or similar is essential - preferably in hotels, resorts, or private clubs
