About the Opportunity
  
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing hospitality group overseeing multiple venues across the quick service and casual dining space.
This is a role for a commercially minded leader who thrives on building strong teams, implementing systems that drive performance, and helping venues scale successfully. You will work closely with senior leadership to guide strategy while remaining connected to the day to day operations of the business.
With a portfolio of 4 to 5 sites and further expansion planned, this position offers the chance to play a key role in shaping the next stage of growth.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading venue teams, improving operational performance and ensuring consistent standards across all locations.
You will focus on strengthening systems, developing leaders within the business and creating operational frameworks that support long term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support multiple venues across the group, ensuring consistent operational standards and guest experience
  • Develop and mentor venue leaders with a strong focus on training, leadership development and team culture
  • Drive performance across key metrics including labour, food cost, productivity and service delivery
  • Implement and refine operational systems and procedures that support scalable growth
  • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives and business improvements
  • Support new site openings and expansion plans as the business continues to grow
About You
  • Proven experience managing multiple venues within a quick service or casual dining environment
  • Strong operational leadership with the ability to coach, mentor and develop venue leaders
  • Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of business performance and operational metrics
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sites, teams and priorities
  • Passionate about building systems, improving processes and helping businesses scale
