Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple venues across the group, ensuring consistent operational standards and guest experience
- Develop and mentor venue leaders with a strong focus on training, leadership development and team culture
- Drive performance across key metrics including labour, food cost, productivity and service delivery
- Implement and refine operational systems and procedures that support scalable growth
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives and business improvements
- Support new site openings and expansion plans as the business continues to grow
- Proven experience managing multiple venues within a quick service or casual dining environment
- Strong operational leadership with the ability to coach, mentor and develop venue leaders
- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of business performance and operational metrics
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sites, teams and priorities
- Passionate about building systems, improving processes and helping businesses scale
